The Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management is the highest-level construction management NVQ available and is aimed at professionals in strategic leadership roles. Ideal for contracts managers, operations directors, senior project managers, and construction leaders overseeing multiple teams, sites, or business functions.
This qualification is completed entirely through work-based assessment with no exams or classroom attendance. You’ll demonstrate your competence in leading teams, managing risk, driving commercial and contractual performance, overseeing health and safety, and aligning construction activities with organisational objectives.
Evidence is gathered through professional discussions, strategic documentation, reflective accounts, and project-based materials. Upon successful completion, you’ll be eligible to apply for the CSCS Black Manager Card and meet the academic requirements for Chartered Membership of CIOB or Fellow Membership of CIOB, subject to their application process.
