You’ll build a portfolio that demonstrates how you manage governance, lead audits, influence organisational culture, and align health and safety with overall business objectives. Assessment is flexible and built around your role, with professional discussions, strategic documentation, reflective reports, and evidence of leadership activity.
This diploma is recognised at postgraduate level and supports progression to Chartered (CMIOSH) and Fellowship (CFIOSH) status with IOSH, subject to their application process. There are no exams or classroom sessions — just practical evidence of your ability to lead health and safety at the highest level.
