Refund Policy

Overview

All bookings made with All Star Safety Ltd are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • The booking is cancelled in writing by the customer at least 90 calendar days prior to the course start date.

  • The course is cancelled by All Star Safety Ltd.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 90 days before the course commencement date, nor for non-attendance or failure to complete the course.

Cancellations by All Star Safety Ltd

If All Star Safety Ltd cancels a course, you will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability).

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any training course, and in such cases, will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund Process

Where a refund is approved under the above conditions, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account after confirmation.
