Empowering Managers and Supervisors to Lead on Safety
IOSH Managing Safely is the industry-leading health and safety training course designed for anyone with responsibility for others in the workplace — including managers, supervisors, team leaders and project leads. It equips delegates with a practical understanding of how to manage health and safety within their teams confidently and effectively.
This three-day course focuses on embedding a proactive safety culture by teaching learners how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, investigate incidents, and measure performance against key safety indicators.
