NPORS Registration Form

Please complete this form before your NPORS training and testing so we can register you. It is split into three short sections: Candidate Information, Employment Details and Confirmation. You will need a photo of your passport or driving licence to hand, plus your CITB test details if you have them.

Important: All information provided must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information will result in your NPORS registration and testing being withdrawn with no refund of any fees paid.

Data Protection

I give permission for All Star Safety to share the personal data I have supplied with partner training companies, the Awarding Organisation/Body and Regulator (Ofqual) for the purposes of my training. You will be informed which training partners and Awarding Organisations you have been registered through.

Your data, including any photo identification you upload, will be stored for up to 7 years in both paper and/or electronic forms, as per the requirements of the awarding organisation and regulator.
