Career progression for H&S professionals in construction and high-risk industries — from Level 3 Practitioner through to Level 6 Manager and Level 7 Strategic Leadership. Pathway to Chartered IOSH membership and the CSCS Manager Black Card.
Career pathway through the lifting hierarchy — from Slinger Signaller (Level 2) to Lift Supervisor (Level 4) and Appointed Person (Level 5). Anchored in LOLER 1998 and BS 7121 compliance.
Trade NVQs covering bricklaying, carpentry, cladding, demolition, roofing and general building maintenance. Level 2 leads to CSCS Blue (Skilled Worker), Level 3 to CSCS Blue or Gold.
Plant Operations NVQs for operators upgrading from Red Trained to Blue Competent Card under CPCS or NPORS. Covering excavators, cranes, dumpers, telehandlers and more — 22 plant categories in total.
Supervisory and management NVQs from Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision through to Level 6 Site Management and Level 7 Senior Management. Level 3 leads to CSCS Gold (Supervisor), Level 6/7 to CSCS Black (Manager).
