NVQ Requirements & Confirmation

Evidence & Knowledge Tasks

All evidence must have been produced by you and refer to you by full name, or written confirmation from your supervisor/manager of how it relates to your work must be provided. Any falsification of evidence will not be tolerated and may result in your withdrawal from the NVQ at All Star Safety without refund of any fees paid.

The use of AI to research knowledge tasks is permitted, however all answers submitted must be in your own words — no copying and pasting. Suspected AI answers will be checked and returned. Any evidence of plagiarism will also be returned. Continued AI or plagiarism submissions may result in withdrawal from the NVQ without refund.

Maximum Qualification Timescales

Following your induction you will have the following period to complete your qualification. Should further time be required, an additional year can be purchased for 50% of the original full course cost.

Level 2 and 3 Qualifications — 12 months
Level 4, 5, 6 and 7 Qualifications — 18 months

Data Protection

I give permission for All Star Safety to share the personal data I have supplied with partner training companies, the Awarding Organisation/Body and Regulator (Ofqual) for the purposes of my training. You will be informed which training partners and Awarding Organisations you have been registered through on induction.

Your data will be stored for up to 7 years in both paper and/or electronic forms, as per the requirements of the awarding organisation and regulator. Details on the privacy policies for these organisations can be found at allstarsafety.co.uk/partner-privacy.
